Posner which has been used to assess the Leadership behavior of nearly one million Leaders worldwide. Historically available in paper format, LPI Online offers a more automated, less labor intensive way of administrating the Leadership Practices Inventory.

The EQ-i is recognized as a scientific measure of Emotional Intelligence by the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations (EI Consortium) and the Buros Mental Measurements Yearbook. Buros, the leading publication for critical analysis of tests and measurements, evaluated the EQ-i as a sound measure of Emotional Intelligence. This approval of psychometric quality is a very important marker of proper test development.

While the EQ-i® identifies the level of a client’s emotional and social functioning based on his or her responses, the EQ-360® assessment provides a more in-depth analysis by having those who work closely with the client provide information as well.
