THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE WORKSHOP

The Leadership Challenge is a two-day Leadership training program designed to develop and build leadership skills. It can be tailored to meet the needs of your executive team or your emerging leaders.

The Leadership Challenge is known worldwide as the most practical model of leadership development. It turns the abstract concept of leadership into one easy-to-grasp practices and behaviours that can be taught and learned by anyone. It incorporates the Leadership Practices Inventory (LP1) one of the most widely used and trusted leadership assessments in the world

This workshop includes:

  • 1 or 2 full days of learning, discussion, exercises and application of data from the Leadership Practices Inventory.
  • All materials used in the workshop.
  • Individual 360 Degree Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) and Team Report.
  • A copy of the current edition of the best-selling "The Leadership Challenge" book by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner.





FIVE BEHAVIOURS OF A COHESIVE TEAM WORKSHOP AND TEAM ASSESSMENT

Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team has a simple goal: to help organizations discover how to build cohesive and effective teams. The Five Behaviours is built upon the best-selling book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. Team members complete an assessment of the team from their perspective and a report is developed based on the overall results. From this data the team can explore how the team can be more effective and understand individual differences and preferences play into team success using either “Everything DiSC ” or “Myers Briggs” Assessment.

  • Commits to decisions
  • Holds team members accountable
  • Focuses on achieving collective results
  • This assessment is generally debriefed as a part of a workshop involving the team. Time is initially spent with the Team Leader to ensure clear communication and a strong kickoff to the workshop. The workshop can be delivered in an intensive 2-day session or customized for other preferred time frames.
